the cheapest and most effective way is to aerate the pump pit, for which you can install a closed loop submersible pump with Venturi, preferably a pump with cutting device to avoid clogging, if you want I can send a picture.

I would start with air sampling to determine what makes up the smell, then that will help you target the technology towards prioritizing what odor to reduce.

Try looking up a Bio-filter. Have seen them as in vessel and static pile. Kind of like using a compost pile as an air filter. Have seen them work on ATAD process gas which is high in redused sulfur.
These things can be as simple as a blower, perforated pipe, and look like a raised flower bed.

You can treat with chemistry if you have OPEX or use a scrubber if you have CAPEX. Hydrogen peroxide, magnesium sulfate, and various other approaches like essential oils vaporized to adsorb and then absorb into the droplet. Things like Febreeze use starch chemistry, which is a bit different but same type of mechanism. Iron salts can also tie up sulfur species and can be regenerated with hydrogen peroxide. Consider educt vent pipe/ stack ( if close to residential area) for pump discharge Chamber u/s of the pump wet well.
