Eliminate Odor at Tankers Discharged Area

I would appreciate to hear your experience on how to eliminate odor at Tanker discharge area where the existing manifold pipes (2 X 500 mm diameter) usually are running full specially when all tanker discharge points are connected with the tankers 16 discharge points on each side.
