We have big problems with Auma/SIPOS 5 Decanter actuator, failing on electronics modules so fast.
Has anyone experienced with the same problem?

I had some problems in the past with electrical devices in environment with high humidity levels (around 100%). Believe me: it was a nightmare during commissioning phase.
You can have problems due to a sort of things like corrosive gases: if you have development of sulfidric gas because the decanter has a dead zone.
In any case, then you need to find a proper mater of construction and if the sensor installed has a proper IP rating.
