At the present time Settling Tank is a main unit of any Water Treatment Plant, because there is must be suspended about 95-98% dirty particles. However, there is suspended just 50-70% solids. It is a result of incorrect design. What is the reason? The reason is next: specialists of the water Treatment Plants are using traditional (conventional) theory. That theory was created on the 1904 and based on just Newton's gravitational Low. It was incorrect more then 100 years. On based that theory it is impossible to design effective Settling Tanks.
